    If you don’t feel like living on a boat, now is the tail end of the best time to buy a house. CNN Money notes that the “curb appeal” of homes is at its lowest during the winter months because “the landscape is dormant.” Fewer people tend to look for homes during this time of year, which means you have less competition for that dream home.     Don’t wait until the last minute before spring break to buy yourself some new luggage. According to LifeHacker, March falls in the period between the two big travel seasons – winter and summer break – so there is less demand for luggage.
