Coolest Job: If you’re a whiz with numbers, you may be interested in their opening for an Accounting and Finance Manager. The job requires a degree in finance or accounting and 4 to 6 years of work experience. Also, all positions offer the possibility of a bonus gig: television star. The company’s TV commercials always feature a real employee as the central figure.

What They Want: Openings include those in maintenance, administrative and other areas. Basically, any job that relates to the management or operation of apartment buildings is probably available at one or more of their locations.

Coolest Job: They need a Community Manager to run an apartment community in San Jose, Calif. Besides a sunny location, the job offers excellent benefits, daytime hours and daily interaction with residents. Requires college degree and experience in the hospitality or apartment management field.

Coolest Job: They need Clinical Nurse Consultants in their Portland, Maine offices. These nurses serve as clinical experts assisting disability claims staff, and also sometimes interact with claimants via telephone. Bonus: flexible schedule with no nights, weekends or holidays required. Applicants must be Maine-licensed registered nurses with at least three years of clinical experience.
