Both presidential candidates are "boneheaded" on the rising costs of fuel, says TheStreet.com’s political reporter, John Fout. Barack Obama (D-IL) is going to “tax, tax, tax” windfall profits from oil companies, leading to lower production and shortage, prompting TheStreet.com’s Simon Constable to issue a stern warning and a chilly glower to the candidate.
