The position: Marketing manager for U.K. and Ireland for PokerStars.com

Location: London

Job duties: This person would create marketing plans and manage the annual budget. Would analyze marketing campaigns, review competitor activity and keep a close eye on relevant activities and happenings in the U.K. and Ireland. Would work closely with media agencies as well as the advertising and design teams to help localize offline creative for the market. Supports and works closely with the regional director to negotiate new offline marketing campaigns and optimize existing campaigns. Would coordinate promotions with other company departments including the affiliate, PR, creative and retention teams.

The company: PokerStars is the world's largest poker site. Its headquarters are on the Isle of Man in the British Isles, located between England and Ireland in the Irish Sea. The site offers players the option of playing with real money or "play money."

Requirements: Must have at least three years of relevant experience, including offline efforts such as television buying and planning. Must be able to manage campaigns from start to finish, including forecasting and performance analysis. Strong analytical skills are required, as the position requires the ability to understand key metrics related to both online and offline activities. Must have good negotiating skills and be able to multitask and prioritize several projects simultaneously. Online poker or gaming experience is strongly preferred.
