The position: Fleet training specialist for Norwegian Cruise Line

Location: Miami, Florida

Job duties:
Designs and implements training programs for ship operations such as the areas of hotel, restaurant and bar operations, customer service and management training. Oversees onboard training and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs. Designs and develops training manuals, guides, presentations and visual aids. Conducts training sessions, including management training.

The company: Launched in 1966, Norwegian Cruise Line has 11 ships and sails to a variety of destinations including Alaska, Europe and the Mediterranean.

Requirements:
Requires a bachelor's degree in adult education, human resources, communication, English or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience with curriculum design or training programs is preferred, as is cruise (http://www.mainstreet.com/slideshow/lifestyle/travel/7-expensive-dream-cruises) or hospitality industry experience. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, which will be used to create presentations and training materials. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to adhere to strict deadlines.
