Deadhead Residence
For the diehard Deadhead, living in Jerry Garcia’s home would be the ultimate trip. The Marin County home of The Grateful Dead’s beloved lead guitarist/singer/songwriter is on the market for $3,995,000. The Mediterranean-style estate located 30 miles north of San Francisco sits on nearly 11 acres with views of Mount Tamalpais, the Pacific Ocean, and the Berkeley skyline.

Inside Garcia's Home
The home has five bedrooms, five full and two-and-a-half baths, along with a 6-car garage. The marble entryway with a modern, dramatic staircase might not be the kind of place you'd imagine the bearded singer would call home, but he did until the time of his death in 1995.

A Stunning View
To the right of the entryway is a den that opens into a formal living room with wood-burning fireplace and pretty California views on both sides.

The Family Room
Garcia installed a huge 8’ x 10’ movie screen in the family room, where there is also a full-service wet bar.

Garcia's Grounds
The grounds are landscaped with natural forest and mature palm trees around a 73,000 gallon swimming pool. The property is also self-sustaining with a deep well, its own water treatment facility, a large propane generator, and a vegetable garden near the main house.

Sammy Hagar's Home
If you like your rock a little harder, the beachfront estate of Sammy “I Can’t Drive 55” Hagar is for sale. The one-time replacement front man for Van Halen is also the founder of the Cabo Wabo Tequila brand and restaurant chain. And the price of his one-time Malibu home has dropped from $12 million to $9,990,000.

On a Bluff
The six bedroom, four-and-a-half bath home is situated on 1/4 acre of ocean front bluff. It has polished teak floors, hand hewn beams, and huge rooms with lots of windows.

Rockin' Perks
There are four fireplaces throughout the home. The vintage deep sea diver suit might not be included.

Ready to Drive 55?
The garage has parking for a rock star–size car collection. Apparently, Sammy had 15 of them, including the 1983 Ferrari 512 Boxer that was featured in his "I Can't Drive 55" video.

Justin Timberlake's Pad
Justin Timberlake has had an astonishing career as a pop star that has earned him six Grammy Awards between his ‘N Sync days and his more recent solo career. Now, with a talked-about dramatic performance in The Social Network, he’s making another move – from his 3,000 square foot TriBeCa condo to a SoHo penthouse in New York City.

Asking Price
Timberlake’s old three-bedroom/three-bath pad is listed for $5.25 million. The condo in the Pearline Soap Factory on a charming historic cobblestone street has oversized windows, 11-foot ceilings, and views to the Hudson. But the building only has a part-time doorman and is apparently not private enough for the paparazzi magnet.

Bringing Sexy Back

Setting the Mood
All the lighting, sound, temperature, and shades are controlled by a touch of a button. It all sounds pretty nice, but according to the New York Post, Timberlake has signed a $7.65 million contract for the slightly smaller SoHo place that has a huge private wraparound terrace and tighter security.

Fit for a Beatle
If you are a Beatles fan, then Paul McCartney’s home at 9550 Heather Road might make you swoon. Apparently, it's not called “Heather House” in honor of Paul’s ex-wife, Heather Mills (who did not get the house in the divorce) but because of the street address.

Rock Royalty
The home was built in 1937 and has 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. It is listed for $15.5 million. To add to the rock legacy of this place, it so happens that The Beatles legend bought the Beverly Hills mansion from rocker Courtney Love as an engagement present to Heather Mills.

Now Playing
In addition to the main house, there is a state of the art screening room with a separate entrance. While McCartney didn’t spend much time in this California home, he had an attachment to the place because it is actually where George Harrison died in 2001.

Sir Paul's Closet
The private dressing room would suit a very stylish man or woman. Sir Paul was a style icon in his Beatles days and his own daughter, Stella, is at the top of the fashion game.

Sir Paul-Approved Perks
The heated pool and lighted tennis courts are close to the huge guesthouse which has all the opulent detail of the main house.
