6 Extremely Expensive Small Homes

Extremely Expensive Small Homes

When shopping around for a home, many homebuyers look for price per square foot as a sign of a deal. The lower the price per quare foot, the more you get for your money.

Zillow gathered data for MainStreet on the homes currently listed on its site to look for a few standout homes with high price tags, but small square footage. The site looked for homes for sale that were smaller than 1,500 square feet and actively listed for more than $750,000. From that sampling, we've gathered six homes that are small but pricey. Most of these homes are in expensive areas where a high price tag per square foot is not at all uncommon and most of the homes offer spectacular amenities and views that buyers might find worth the extra money.
