For many of us, the hot summer months make it harder than ever to resist a sweet treat.  But most fast food desserts are so full of calories that they can easily ruin your beach bod. To help those with a sweet tooth stay in shape this season, MainStreet decided to round up some speedy treats that won’t use up all of your daily calories.

McDonald’s Fruit ‘n Yogurt Parfait

McDonald’s has a few lighter dessert options on its menu these days, including a 100-calorie pack of apple dippers with low-fat caramel sauce and a reasonably fatty strawberry sundae, but perhaps their healthiest and most filling option is the chain’s 7-oz. Fruit ’n Yogurt Parfait.

Wendy’s Chocolate Frosty

Chocolate lovers can get their fix by opting for a small Chocolate Frosty at Wendy’s. Just make sure not to confuse the item with the Chocolate Frosty Shake, which has substantially more calories and almost triple the amount of sugar.Calories: 250

Cold Stone Creamery: Cake Batter Frozen Yogurt

It may be hard to go into a Cold Stone Creamery and buy a frozen yogurt instead of ice cream with all the fixins, but it’s your best bet if you want to avoid eating more calories than you would at dinner. The good news is, the chain has some fun frozen yogurt options that sound a lot better than just plain vanilla, including berry tart, blueberry pomegranate and the highlighted cake batter.
