If you can't seem to plug the leaks in the expenses ship each month, do yourself a favor and get Concur. Basically the specialists in keeping everybody's spending honest, Concur provides a full range of expense management tools for many different-sized companies.

There is something just dead-on right about how the company handles mobile apps. I like the graphical layout and the integration with its larger expense systems. Keep in mind, though, this ain't QuickBooks. You have to understand money: how it comes to and from external sources to your business, for instance, what are the identifying tags for sending and receiving funds and certainly the difference between a debit and credit. Concur is not for the accounting illiterate.

But if you know how to run a business and you don't want your expenses bleeding you to death, Concur is worth a look.
