Hurricane Dolly: What You Need To Know

Residents near the Texas-Mexico border are bracing themselves for the arrival of Hurricane Dolly, the Category 1 storm that could possibly become Category 2 - with wind speeds of at least 96 mph- by the time it arrives onshore. The storm is expected to dump up to 15 inches of rain in some areas, produce pounding waves and winds up to 25mph. A hurricane warning is currently in effect for the Texas coast, as well as Rio San Fernando, Mexico and northward.
