If you missed the Autism Speaks Golf Classic in the DC area last year, here’s your chance to get out of the rough and get back on the fairway. Start the day with a round of golf and a putting competition to work up an appetite for dinner and auction at the Lowes Island Club. Look for the package including airfare and a one-week stay at a villa in Treasure Cay, Bahamas, or a weekend for two at the Mohegan Sun.
DATE/TIME/LOCATION: 8/18/08. 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. golf tournament. 5 p.m. cocktails, silent auction and putting contest, 6.p.m dinner, 6:30 p.m. live auction and awards presentation. Lowes Island Club, Potomac Falls, Va.
