Kansas City Royals
Fans can enjoy "all-you-can-eat seats" for nine Wednesday games. For $35, you get a seat in the nosebleed section and all the hot dogs, nachos, peanuts, pretzels and PepsiCo products you want.
June 16 is "free hot dog night," a self-explanatory deal. The Royals will also host seven "buck nights" and 14 college nights. Buck nights features a menu of hot dogs, small drinks, peanuts and Twinkies for a $1 each. On college nights, students can get into Kauffman Stadium for $7 and take advantage of food and drink specials.
Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim
In June 2002, the Angels started using "the rally monkey" became the team's unofficial mascot. This season, the team will offer rally monkey-themed giveaways. Children will receive rally monkey lunchboxes on April 19, pillow cases on May 15 and soap dispensers on July 31. But enough monkeying around: June 15 will feature the best giveaway: an Angels Fedora hat.
At every game with a giveaway, one of the items will be marked with a "Hidden Halo." If you are the lucky fan with a "Hidden Halo" on your Angels t-shirt or on other prizes, you will go home with an autographed item.
The first 40,000 fans at the Twins-Indians game on April 21 will receive a free Xcel Energy light bulb. On May 9, the Twins will celebrate Mother's Day by giving the first 5,000 female fans a pair of Minnesota Twins earrings.
On June 13, fans can get in shape and partake in Bike to the Ballpark Day. Hopefully, there won't be any wobbly, beer-impaired rides home.
