Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree. Must have a successful track record of coaching basketball. Ideal candidate will have several years of experience as a player at the collegiate or professional level. Candidates must have a demonstrated commitment to values-based coaching. Requires excellent communication and leadership skills and the ability to manage team dynamics.
