Hilton Reservations & Customer Care

What they do: HRCC handles inbound reservation request calls for all Hilton Brands, including: Hilton, Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites by Hilton, Conrad, Hampton Inn and Suites and DoubleTree Hotels.

Types of positions available: Customer Care team members and reservations agents.

Hours/pay: This is a 24-hour operation. Hours will mainly consist of evenings, weekends and some holidays. Starting pay is $9.25/hour. Full-time workers are eligible for medical coverage; benefits available to all employees include paid time off, retirement plan and Hilton discounts.

Locations: Workers must attend initial training on-site, but all subsequent work will be done from home. Opportunities currently available in Dallas and Tampa, Fla. The company also has facilities in Hazleton, Pa., and Hemet, Calif., so there may be opportunities at one or both of those locations in the future.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED, plus one year of customer service or inbound telephone call center experience. Must have home office in quiet environment, high-speed internet, dedicated landline phone and a PC (not Mac) less than five years old.

Other info: Must have good references and be able to pass a background and criminal check and drug test.
